About the role

As a Project Manager at CAPITAL PM SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of construction projects in Bintulu, Sarawak. Reporting to the senior management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate and collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks and issues to keep projects on track.

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and contractual requirements.

Provide regular progress updates to senior management and clients.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance project delivery.

Mentor and develop a team of project coordinators and site supervisors.
