- Experience: 4+ years ESL/EFL teaching, 3+ years in programme coordination, and familiarity with CEFR, Cambridge, TOEFL, IELTS.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills; proficient in educational software, data analysis, and resource management.
