Job summary

A leading retail company in Malaysia is seeking a warehouse operator who can efficiently navigate the warehouse using a power pallet jack or forklift. Responsibilities include unloading and inspecting shipments, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in warehouse operations, excellent communication skills, and is a strong team player. Ability to work shifts and public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in warehouse operation process.
• Experience with inbound & outbound processes; pcs picking & packing.
• Able to work on shift rotations and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely navigate the warehouse using a power pallet jack or forklift.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Unload and inspect incoming shipments.

Job description

• Safely and efficiently navigating the warehouse using a power pallet jack and/or forklift.
• Maintaining a clean, neat orderly work area.
• Unload and inspect incoming shipments to ensure they match the purchase orders and are free from damage.
• Ensures accurate quantities of product were received, and compares appropriate paperwork, or what’s displayed on hand-held scanner, and matching purchase order.
• Adhered and maintained safety protocol and procedures.

Qualifications, skills/experiences:

• Written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 1 year of working experience in warehouse operation process which including inbound & outbound process; pcs picking & packing process.
• Team player with proven ability to work under pressure.
• Initiative in identifying tasks that needs to be completed.
• Able to multi-tasks and prioritize.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and negotiation skills
• Easily adapt to fast changing pace.
• Able to work on shift rotations and public holiday(s)
