To ensure that the implementation of M&E engineering works runs smoothly in accordance with technical specifications, project timelines, budgets, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Able to identify new project opportunities through industry networking and client relationships
- Capable of preparing proposals, quotations and presentations to secure new projects
- Proactive in conducting market studies & competitor analysis for M&E project opportunities
- Supervise and coordinate the installation of M&E project systems with contractors and consultants, including managing coordination
- Manage project execution and resolve site issues related to mechanical and electrical systems
- Manage and monitor tender participation
- Plan and review daily and weekly work schedules
- Review plans, specifications, variations, and technical documents
- Coordinate site meetings and ensure timely feedback to clients / consultants
- Manage project budgets and claims in collaboration with the QS and accounts teams
- Ensure compliance with laws, safety, industry standards, and company SOPs
- Supervise testing and commissioning (T&C) of electrical systems
- Liaise with Energy Commission, TNB, BOMBA, DOSH (JKKP), and other relevant departments
Skills & Competencies Required
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills
- Good time management and ability to work under M&E project pressure
- Technical knowledge in C&S / M&E projects, ST, BOMBA
- Decision‑making and problem‑solving skills
