Job description

To ensure that the implementation of M&E engineering works runs smoothly in accordance with technical specifications, project timelines, budgets, industry standards, and legal requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Able to identify new project opportunities through industry networking and client relationships
• Capable of preparing proposals, quotations and presentations to secure new projects
• Proactive in conducting market studies & competitor analysis for M&E project opportunities
• Supervise and coordinate the installation of M&E project systems with contractors and consultants, including managing coordination
• Manage project execution and resolve site issues related to mechanical and electrical systems
• Manage and monitor tender participation
• Plan and review daily and weekly work schedules
• Review plans, specifications, variations, and technical documents
• Coordinate site meetings and ensure timely feedback to clients / consultants
• Manage project budgets and claims in collaboration with the QS and accounts teams
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety, industry standards, and company SOPs
• Supervise testing and commissioning (T&C) of electrical systems
• Liaise with Energy Commission, TNB, BOMBA, DOSH (JKKP), and other relevant departments
