Manager – Retail / Arcade / Entertainment

Training Period: 4 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets, analyze performance data, and control costs to drive store profitability.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Oversee daily store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain store compliance with all company standards, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

Requirements

• Min. 2 years experience in retail (Fashion/F&B) or customer-facing roles.
• Experience leading a team of 5 or more staff.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must be able to work 6 days a week, including weekends.
• Possess own transport.
