Job summary
A reputable retail brand in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a customer-focused professional to deliver exceptional service and maintain stock levels. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree in Nutrition, possess good interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English, and be passionate about health and wellness. The role involves organizing shop operations, providing nutritional consultations, and assisting shoppers with health tests during promotional events. Flexibility to work shifts and weekends is necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food science, or Dietetics.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Instill a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
- Efficiently organize and operate the shop.
- Maintain sufficient stock levels at all times.
