We are seeking a qualified individual with a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications such as LCCI, CAT, or ongoing ACCA/CIMA studies are advantageous but optional.

Requirements include at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with the ability to handle a full set of accounts and perform responsibilities with minimal supervision. The work location is at HQ Bawal Exclusive, Puchong, Selangor.

1. Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and statements.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process payments, ensure timely billing and collections, and reconcile vendor and customer accounts. Assist in bank reconciliations to ensure record accuracy.
3. Expense Tracking & Reporting: Record employee expense claims, verify receipts, assist with reimbursements, and prepare sales and purchase invoices.
4. Month-End Closing Support: Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
5. Audit and Compliance Support: Gather documentation for audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
6. Administrative Support: Perform data entry, document filing, and respond to financial queries for the accounting team.
7. General Administrative & Future Responsibilities: Support the Manager and team in daily operations and undertake additional tasks as assigned.
