About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Executive to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's overall accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
2. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
3. Reconcile bank and credit card statements
4. Prepare financial statements
5. Provide administrative support
6. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting procedures and systems

What we're looking for

• Relevant degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Bookkeeping or Accounting Executive role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
