We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Juta Taraf Concrete Products Sdn Bhd. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial records and accounts for our growing business. This is a full‑time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

What you’ll be doing

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
• Preparing financial statements, reports, and other documents as required
• Reconciling bank statements and managing cash flow
• Processing payroll and ensuring timely payment of salaries and taxes
• Providing support to the finance team and collaborating with other departments as needed
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably within a small to medium‑size business
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and accounting UBS system
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is an additional value
