Job summary
A leading retail management company is seeking an experienced individual to oversee the development of new outlets, manage renovations, and administer tenancy agreements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of experience in business development within the property or retail sectors. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for this role, alongside a proven track record in negotiations. This position is pivotal for maintaining and enhancing outlet operations across multiple locations.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of proven experience in business development and project management.
- Experience ideally within the property, retail, or real estate sectors.
- Proven track record in successful negotiation with clients and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Oversee development of new outlets and renovations.
- Deliver presentations to shopping complexes and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with property agents to source new business locations.
- Manage all tenancy agreements and renewals.
