Business Development Manager (Building Facade Restoration & Refurbishment)

Job Summary

Drive new business growth for the company’s building facade restoration, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment services by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and securing commercial contracts in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial and residential building market, including networking with property managers, developers, building owners, and consultants. Especially for building facade restoration and refurbishment projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, project opportunities, and key competitors.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
  • Maintain sales records, prospective client lists, and project pipeline management via Microsoft Office or company tools.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote company services and expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and high client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably within construction, restoration, or related industries.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
