Job summary
A property development company located in Johor Bahru is seeking a motivated individual to support project planning and management activities. The candidate should have a diploma in relevant fields and 2-5 years of experience in project development. Responsibilities include engaging consultants, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to grow in the property development sector.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of work experience in project planning and development.
- Experience with township, landed properties, high rise, mixed-use development, and commercial buildings is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support project planning and contractor engagement.
- Monitor project progress and assist in risk management.
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Complete ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Skills
Education
We are a property development company which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kimlun Corporation Berhad, a diversified group listed on the Bursa Malaysia. We invite highly motivated and suitable candidates to join our team as:
- Supporting project planning, consultant and contractor engagement, procurement process, contract administration, and ensuring timely approvals from authorities
- Monitoring project progress, coordinating with stakeholders, assisting in risk management, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standard
- Supporting project completion process, including CCC, CMGD, and Final Account closure
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Architecture/Civil and Structure Engineer/Project Management/Building Construction or any related field
- Exposure with township, landed properties, high rise, mixed-use development, commercial building etc
- 2-5 years total work experience required project planning and development
