Draft, review, and organise legal documents, including sale and purchase agreements, tenancy agreements, and other property-related contracts.
Coordinate with external law firms, government authorities, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate legal procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
Maintain an accurate and systematic filing system for legal and property-related documentation.
Conduct legal research and prepare internal reports or summaries on applicable laws, regulations, and market practices.
Monitor and manage contract deadlines, milestones, and renewal schedules to ensure timely follow-up and execution.
Provide administrative and operational support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and assisting with internal communications.
