Associate - Customer Success (Digital Hub)

Established in 2003, Digital Hub seeks to add value by transforming IT support functions to bring higher returns to Sunway Group’s businesses. As a centre of excellence, Digital Hub provides world‑class support services to most IT projects within the Sunway Group, and delivers value through the standardization, consolidation and optimization of IT resources within the Group.

IT units within Sunway Group that have been consolidated into Digital Hub include Construction, Building Materials, Trading & Manufacturing, Risk Management, Credit Leasing and Corporate Functions such as Human Resources, Finance, and Procurement, amongst others.

Responsibilities
  • Liaison between Service Delivery Management and IT services delivery team for delivery of IT services to Business.
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular review meeting / discussion sessions to drive for continuous improvements in customer satisfaction for IT services delivery and performance.
  • Work with IT services delivery team to ensure standard service/support processes are adhered to.
  • Coordinate, identify and frame ongoing policy, operation process, guidelines and practice issues within the IT service offering.
  • Provide fast turn‑around time on business opportunities & Service Proposals requested by customers.
  • Assist in AR collection.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time.
