Job description

Involve in planning, developing and implementing sales strategies and sales activities.

To assist in marketing activities and to perform related work as assigned by superior.

Leads follow up via CRM and handling of sales related inquiries in timely manner.

Making appointments, presentation and closing sales in person or via zoom/google meet.

To participate for new product launching, exhibitions andmajorevents.

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

Prepare report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing assigned personal and group sales target.

Assist in loan application by liaising with panel bankers & lawyers to ensure smooth & timely conversion.

Ensuring proper sales process that all relevant paperwork is accurately completed and submitted upon each sales conversion.

To feedback from time to time on the marketing activities conducted.

Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Requirements:

Candidate with relevant qualification in sales & marketing, business studies or possess at least Diploma educational qualification

Candidates preferably with relevant working experience in property sales and marketing industry.

Independent, initiative, problem solving skills and able to work under minimum supervision.

Excellent communication/presentation skills with deep passion for sales & customer service.

High level of attention to detail.

Willing to travel.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

1-2 position available (Based in Sepang, Selangor).

5 working daysaweekonly.

The successful candidates for the position of sales executive will be offered competitive basic salary, attractive sales commission and other allowances payable for attending to company’s organized exhibition, roadshow andoff-dayduty.
