A Production Technician is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing processes. The role involves troubleshooting issues, conducting quality checks, following safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement to meet production targets.

• To comply with the International ISO 9001 & 14001 Standard.
• To fully use PPE supply by the management.
• To be conscious of any Environmental, safety and health awareness related to EMS.
• To segregate general wastes and schedule wastes and according to EMS.
• To prevent any pollution to environment and minimize environmental impacts.
• To conduct daily check and maintenance on machines when required to ensure machine is in good condition.
• To ensure that non-conforming materials is segregated and disposed of properly.
• To monitor and maintain the production process in ensuring finished goods are conforming to specifications.
• To ensure adequate standards of 5S housekeeping in production and store area.
• To ensure prompt attention and suggestions for improvements.
• Provide effective correction action on quality problems.
• Carry out daily production operations and preventive maintenance.
• To assist and supervise subordinates in all production process and preparation of raw materials.
• To conduct improvement on process parameters, or machine parts to increase efficiency.
• To accountability & responsible for company on any duties assigned to you.
• To perform any other duties assigned by your superior & Management from time to time.
