A leading technology company in Malaysia is seeking an Intern Experience Manager responsible for the full intern lifecycle from recruitment to engagement. You'll convert interns into full-time hires and collaborate with leadership to enhance hiring strategies while promoting the company's employer brand at events. Ideal candidates should possess 2-4 years of volume recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology.
You are responsible for the end-to-end intern experience for interns joining Grab’s in Malaysia; from confirming hiring targets, sourcing candidates, managing the application and selection process, onboarding selected candidates and engaging them throughout their stint at Grab.
You drive intern conversions to full-time hires, by ensuring a strong performance management process during interns’ time with us and matching outstanding candidates with full-time opportunities available to them upon their graduation.
You act as a thought partner to our Leaders, co‑creating hiring strategies and providing hiring managers with support and guidance to maximise recruiting productivity by hiring the best candidates with the right cultural fit and skillsets.
You innovate and kaizen processes and work with your manager to identify and implement tech solutions as multipliers of the team’s effectiveness and return on effort.
You drive high levels of intern engagement & development, collaborating with other Popsters within the Early Careers Team and Grabbers across the company to roll out events and programs which give interns the full One Grab experience.
You are a champion of Grab’s employer brand and the face of Grab to candidates at career fairs and recruiting events, as well as a trusted partner to Career Services partners at our target institutions.
