Your Mission

Job Position - Product Pillar

• Managing and maintaining product portfolio
• Develop supporting and promotional kits to enhance product acceptance ie: packaging, flyer, video, POSM, sales guide, product slide etc
• Liaising with Research & Development Department on the development of new/improved products
• Managing the launching of any new/improved products by getting sales marketers to promote aggressively
• Attending to Sales Marketers’ enquiries related to products, and conducting periodic product training to Sales Marketers
• Managing product awareness & positioning in all social media platform ie: Website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok
• Managing monthly product pricing strategy

Job Position - Sales

• Handle domestic and oversea sales, customer service for both existing and new customers, build rapport and good relationships with customers.
• Market and promote our products and services.
• Manage credit and payment matters.
• To update relevant information pertaining to the specifications for customers control purchase.
• Monitor and track sales process for efficient sales closing and documentation within the time frame.
• Coordinate with customers for artworks, samples, shipping, documentation and understanding on country requirements.
• Liaise with other departments (such as: QA, warehouse etc.) on issues faced.
• To provide management with update on market opportunities.

Job Position: Planning Pillar

• In charge of overall company supply chain optimization planning and orders allocation to Factories based on Factory capability.
• Balancing of overall products lead time to ensure customers get their orders on time.
• Centralized planning and batchdipping different group of product family from time to time to minimize the product change over and conversion in the Factories.
• Managing Factories inventory and stocks level at the healthy level.
• New products allocation planning and follow up with different stakeholders such as Product Pillar, Factory and R&D Center on new product qualification and launching progress.
• Analysis of future orders trend in market together with Marketing Team to prepare Factories on market trend shift and prevent factory facing shortage of orders.

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Marketing / Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent from reputable universities.
• Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written); Mandarin is a plus.
• Attention to details, results oriented, strong follow-up and good negotiation skills.
• Pleasant personality and able to interact with all levels of people.
• A committed team player who is resourceful, dynamic and possesses good market intelligence.
• Demonstrable enthusiasm and positive energy for delivering successful, impactful products.
• Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
