As a HR professional, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training, performance management, and employee relations. What you’ll be doing

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to support employee growth and engagement
• Assist with performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews
• Provide employee support and manage employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns that arise
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure HR initiatives align with the company's overall strategy and objectives
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date HR records and documentation
