- Monitor and support daily production activities to ensure smooth operation and timely output.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment servicing and downtime minimization.
- Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and production documentation.
- Participate in new product introduction (NPI) and provide feedback on manufacturability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of working experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control systems.
- Hands-on approach to problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work on-site and in a fast-paced production environment.
- Proficient in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
