Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and support daily production activities to ensure smooth operation and timely output.
  • Assist in troubleshooting production issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment servicing and downtime minimization.
  • Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and production documentation.
  • Participate in new product introduction (NPI) and provide feedback on manufacturability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of working experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control systems.
  • Hands-on approach to problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
