A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions is seeking a Power System Quality Engineer in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The role involves designing and maintaining power distribution systems, optimizing power usage, and conducting quality inspections. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation, and have at least 5 years of relevant experience. This position offers a salary range of RM5000-RM8000.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in power systems engineering.
  • Experience with data center or critical facility operations.
  • Knowledge of relevant electrical codes and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and maintain power distribution systems for data center facilities.
  • Monitor and optimize power usage effectiveness (PUE).
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects.
  • Perform QA/QC inspections on electrical installations.
