Our client specializes in the research, development, production, and sales of daily chemical raw materials, including cosmetic active ingredients, raw materials, and synthetic perfumes. They operate two major production bases in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, and Ma'anshan City, Anhui Province. The Ma'anshan City production base, through its subsidiary, was constructed according to GMP guidelines for APIs and has passed the FDA on-site audit.

Job Description

• Department Management: Optimize department structure, allocate personnel based on development needs, and ensure staffing aligns with production goals.
• Production Planning: Prepare production forecasts, review daily/weekly production plans, and ensure production targets are met.
• Quality Collaboration: Work with QA and business teams to ensure product quality meets customer requirements and supports market competitiveness.
• Cost Control & Yield: Ensure production processes adhere to cost standards while improving yield.
• Production Scheduling: Organize production processes to ensure timely, continuous delivery of high-quality products.
• Operations & Efficiency: Promote 5S initiatives, oversee routine machinery checks, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Process & Product Development: Support technical standards verification, process improvements, and new product trials.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Resolve production issues and track anomalies through effective communication across departments.
