Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer based in Selangor, Malaysia. In this role, you will oversee all quality-related activities of the factory, using quality management tools to ensure compliance with ISO standards. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities. This is an onsite position with a salary range of ₱60,000.

The role
As the quality manager of the factory, you will fully lead and execute all quality related activities of the factory, covering the three modules of quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC) and quality system (QMS).
- Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF16949 standards and project development processes; understanding of ISO14001 standards.
- Master the basic methods and tools of quality control, such as statistical process control (SPC), sampling inspection, measurement system analysis (MSA), etc.
- Have the ability to analyze and solve problems, can use 5WHY, fishbone diagram, TBP and other quality tools to accurately find out the root causes of quality problems, and put forward effective solutions.
- At least 5-8 years of relevant work experience
- Good communication skills, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal departments and external customers and suppliers.
