Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead process validation and verification activities.
• Act as the technical expert for troubleshooting complex quality and process issues.
• Plan and execute specialized process capability studies and present findings for approval.
• Investigate significant process deviations, implement containment actions, and prepare mandatory reports to safeguard product safety.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and outgoing QA checks across production lines to maintain product specifications.
• Conduct regular GMP, GLP, and HACCP audits, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage finished product disposition, including compliance verification, release authorization, and handling of on-hold inventory.
• Lead investigations and closure of customer complaints and internal non-conformances.
• Support strategic initiatives such as NPD, recipe renovations, and quality capital projects.
• Monitor and report Quality Performance Indicators for management review and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop QA Officers to strengthen technical competence and leadership capability, fostering a proactive food safety culture.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration and training to enhance compliance and operational ownership of quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Food Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of progressive Quality Assurance experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong exposure to process control, validation, and food safety systems in high‑volume production environments.
• Strong understanding of FSSC 22000, GMP, GLP, HACCP, and quality assurance principles.
• Proven capability in process validation, critical control management, and deviation handling.
• Ability to interpret process data and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Skilled in leading technical investigations and performing Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in coaching and developing QA Officers.
