Overview

Our client, located in Pasir Gudang, has been trading electronic products since 1995. Responsibilities
  • Production supervision: Must have experience; involved in the production process to ensure products are built to specifications and collaborate with engineers and production staff to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting: Must have experience; diagnose problems, perform repairs, and suggest improvements to enhance performance and reliability.
  • Analysis and testing: Not mandatory but advantageous for BMM roles; analyze and review designs to meet specifications and performance standards, including use of simulation software and physical testing for validation.
Required skills and knowledge
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles and their practical application; knowledge of mechanics, thermodynamics, materials science, and structural analysis; designing manufacturing processes, jigs, fixtures, and various manufacturing specs.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions; strong critical thinking and systematic analysis.
  • Attention to detail: Accuracy is essential from design to testing to manufacturing.
  • Communication: Ability to convey complex technical information to non-engineers; experience in writing reports, creating presentations, and collaborating with colleagues.
Education

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.

Tools

MS Office; CAD (SolidWorks advantageous). English language: Read/Write/Speak at a high level.

Experience

3-5 years experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Production areas.
