Overview

Company Background: Our client company, with its headquarters in Japan, is set to establish a new manufacturing facility at Pasir Gudang, Malaysia. This plant will focus on electromechanical assembly and advanced material fabrication for semiconductor equipment, designed to meet customer needs while also expanding the company's global business.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and testing new product processes, ensuring that the production process meets quality standards and efficiency requirements.
• Track on-site product performance, identify and resolve process issues, and drive continuous improvement in production processes.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth implementation of process plans and meet production needs.
• Prepare process documentation to ensure the accuracy and standardization of technical documents.
• Provide process training to production staff to ensure compliance with process requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in operating SOLIDWORKS.
• Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
