Company Background: Our client company, with its headquarters in Japan, is set to establish a new manufacturing facility at Pasir Gudang, Malaysia. This plant will focus on electromechanical assembly and advanced material fabrication for semiconductor equipment, designed to meet customer needs while also expanding the company's global business.

Job Description: This position is responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines such as Mazak and precision engraving machines to carry out mechanical processing tasks. The role requires working in a three-shift system with a 12-hour workday. The operator must be proficient in machine operation, quality control, and ensuring efficient production while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC machines (e.g., Mazak, precision engraving machines) to perform machining tasks based on production requirements.
  • Set up and calibrate machines for specific production tasks, ensuring proper operation.
  • Monitor machine performance and production quality, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure smooth operation and prevent breakdowns.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide machining processes.
  • Ensure all parts are produced with high precision and meet quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions or issues during operation.
  • Adhere to the 12-hour shift schedule, working in a three-shift system.
  • Maintain accurate records of machine usage, maintenance, and production output.
  • Follow safety procedures and report any safety concerns to management.
  • Participate in ongoing training, including a 3-month training period in China, to improve technical skills.

Qualifications:
