A newly established manufacturing company in Senai is seeking a Senior Production Engineer to lead process improvements and train staff. Responsibilities include analyzing production data to improve efficiency and collaborating with various departments. Job Description:

Lead process improvement and cost reduction initiatives across production lines.

Support the introduction of new products and equipment, including line setup and trials.

Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.

Develop work instructions, process flow diagrams, and production SOPs.

Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to solve production issues.

Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies or automation opportunities.

Train production staff on process changes, best practices, and technical updates.

Participate in safety and 5S improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on approach.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma preferred.

Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin, as the role involves dealing with Chinese speaking clients.
