Job Scope:

  • Production Oversight: Assist the Production Manager in overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure timely and efficient production of high-quality products.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate production teams, ensuring proper training, performance, and alignment with company goals.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes, equipment, and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Quality Control: Ensure products meet established quality standards through regular inspections, audits, and adherence to quality protocols.
