Job summary
A multinational electronics firm located in Kulim, Malaysia, is seeking a Senior Test Functional Engineer to oversee the transition of new products from engineering to manufacturing. The role requires an experienced engineer with over 5 years in test engineering, adept at managing testing processes and equipment while ensuring high quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and strong troubleshooting skills. This position provides an opportunity to work within a dynamic team in the technology sector.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in PCBA/Box System manufacturing or Test Engineering.
- Knowledge of operating basic test instruments.
- Capable of configuring and validating application software/test programs.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the transition of new products and processes from engineering to manufacturing.
- Manage test yield, uptime performance, and capacity analysis.
- Work with customers to address any testing-related issues.
