Job summary
A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions is seeking a Power System Quality Engineer in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The role involves designing and maintaining power distribution systems, optimizing power usage, and conducting quality inspections. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation, and have at least 5 years of relevant experience. This position offers a salary range of RM5000-RM8000.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in power systems engineering.
- Experience with data center or critical facility operations.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical codes and standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain power distribution systems for data center facilities.
- Monitor and optimize power usage effectiveness (PUE).
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Develop and maintain emergency response procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects.
- Perform QA/QC inspections on electrical installations.
- Supervise contractor work and ensure compliance with specifications.

The company is located in Johor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project.
Salary Range: RM5000-RM8000 (basic)
