Job summary

A healthcare provider in Selangor is seeking a financial operations manager to oversee reporting and budgeting processes. The candidate should have over 7 years of experience in financial operations, with proven leadership in financial reporting and analysis. A bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field is required, and prior experience as an external auditor is essential. This role requires maintaining confidentiality and enhancing team productivity.

Job description

To submit the monthly Group Financial Report and slide presentation report to Singapore Headquarter (HQ) on timely basis.

To prepare the quarterly results for immediate superior’s review before circulate to Board’s approval for announcement purposes including Related Party Transaction (RPT), Board paper, slide presentation and other reports.

To coordinate Group Budgeting process and consolidate the Group Budget for Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) review including slide presentation.

To manage Annual Report preparation process for timely submission to shareholders.

To manage the most competitive quotation by obtaining the renewal of Group Insurance process before year end such as Property, Plan & Equipment (PPE), Stock, Money, Burglary, Malpractice, Group Personal Accident, Group Hospital and Insurance Surgical Plan and etc.

Promote high level of morale and positive productivity among the staffs. Explain all policies & procedures of the Group to ensure the highest standard of delivery is always upheld and manage for subsequent compliance.

Effectively coach the staffs to ensure effective performance of staff at all times.

To be able to accept and perform any ad-hoc duties that requested by the management/as assigned from time to time.

At all times, to maintain strict confidentiality of any information you may become aware of during the course of your duties which inclusive but not limited to hospital confidential documents and information and patient’s personal data.

Job Requirement

Minimum 7 years relevant experience in financial operation with proven leadership and experience in financial reporting, analysis, and controls.

Prior Experience as external auditor.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Professional qualification are added advantage.
