Job Summary
Respond to calls for emergency medical assistance, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) or bandaging a wound. Assess a patient's condition and determine a course of treatment. Provide first‑aid treatment or life‑support care to sick or injured patients. Able to work with multiple departments by performing on‑job training related to first aid treatment and other emergency procedures in the workplace. Able to work in a high‑pace environment and equipped with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- To Lead and provide Emergency Treatment and making diagnosis when required.
- To Ensure all medical equipment are well maintaining and in good condition.
- To ensure all procedure are followed based on the guidelines of MOH & DOSH.
- To raise a medical report when any injuries / treatment were happened inside the premise.
- To provide Statistic / Data in monthly basis or when required by the Head of Department.
- To provide training related to CPR / Emergency Rescue to all employee.
- Part of Emergency Response Team members for medical services.
- Protect yourself and casualty from any danger: You should always protect yourself first and only move the casualty if leaving them would cause more harm. If you are unable to make an area safe, contact the command center for assistant.
- To avoid contact with the patient to prevent infection, required to wear PPE when conducting assessment & treatment depending on the situation.
- Assess the casualty: If there a multiple casualty, you must help those with life‑threatening injuries or conditions first.
- Give First Aid Treatment: such as CPR or applying pressure to bleeding wounds. Life‑threatening injuries and conditions must be prioritized before giving treatment to less serious cases.
- Arrange for The Right Kind of Help: Contact Executive Paramedic or Head of Department if it's serious, or take/send them to a hospital if it's serious but unlikely to get any worse. For less serious conditions, suggest they to see a doctor if they are concerned or if the conditions worsen. You should always stay with them until you can leave them in the right care.
- Guest Services: Must understand and meet all guest expectations and have the ability to communicate clearly. Maintains high service standards with children as a primary focus. Serves all guests in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner. Must understand how to make decisions to ensure high level of guest satisfaction. Must constantly train and monitor all Team members in the delivery of the highest standard of guest service as required by Splash Mania Gamuda Cove.
- Sanitation and Cleanliness: Must follow the Splash Mania Gamuda Cove policies and procedures regarding proper sanitation and cleanliness standards. Must continuously monitor and have an overview of the cleanliness of patio, front and back of house during the entire daily business operation.
- Safety: Must practice all safety policies and procedures as set by Splash Mania Gamuda Cove. Expected to take responsibility for inspecting and reporting all safety hazards to Unit Manager or safety representative immediately. Must monitor and re‑train Crew on all safety aspects in the daily operation.
- Work Environment: Must be able to work in a very fast paced, multi‑task environment with extreme temperature changes. Must be able to work both indoor and outdoor, year‑round environments with exposure to a variety of changing weather conditions.
- Wardrobe and Grooming: Must follow and adhere to all policies and procedures as set by Splash
Mania Gamuda Cove. - To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Qualifications
- A college Diploma in Nursing and valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) from Nursing Board Certificate is preferred.
Skills & Abilities
- Proven ability to react quickly, calmly, and effectively in emergency situations.
- Expert knowledge and practical skills in administering a wide range of first aid treatments.
- Strong ability to assess injuries/illnesses accurately and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for clear instructions, calm reassurance, and effective liaison with emergency services. Good written skills for accurate reporting.
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
Requires at least 1 year of working in medical fields and experience in a fast‑paced hospitality or service environment.
