A leading property consulting firm in Malaysia is seeking a Head / Manager for Business Development & Client Service. The role involves leading a team, improving client service levels, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing marketing plans. Candidates should have at least 3 years of managerial experience, possess a Degree in Marketing, and exhibit strong communication skills. This position demands someone who is dynamic, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience at managerial level.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Responsabilités
- Lead a team providing professional services to clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Formulate and implement new marketing plans.
- Maintain client servicing and CRM.
- Prepare yearly panelship renewals with banks and GLCs.

- To ensure the department provides effective and efficient service, improving process flow and service levels.
- To identify and develop new business opportunities for the company.
- To formulate and implement new marketing plans for the company.
- To maintain a good level of client servicing and CRM, including conducting meetings with clients.
- To ensure a high quality of service delivery to clients and other related stakeholders, including providing advice and support.
- To prepare and submit yearly panelship renewals with banks and Government-Linked Companies (GLC).
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Marketing or equivalent, with at least 3 years working experience at managerial level.
- Possesses good marketing and communication skills and can interact with people at all levels.
- Fully dedicated, dynamic, and result-oriented.
- Highly motivated with good interpersonal, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Able to travel and work independently.
