A great opportunity has become available for a Legal / Conveyancing Clerk to join the dynamic team at Professional Firm. Based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, this full-time role will see you supporting the firm's conveyancing practice and contributing to the delivery of exceptional legal services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the preparation and processing of conveyancing documentation, including sale and purchase agreements, land title transfers, and other relevant legal instruments.

Conducting due diligence on property transactions and liaising with relevant authorities and stakeholders.

Providing administrative support to the conveyancing team, including file management and client correspondence.

Conducting legal research and analysis to support the team's work.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of the firm's conveyancing processes and practices.

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications in law or a related field, with a strong understanding of conveyancing practices and procedures.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
