Responsibilities include managing client accounts, handling documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. Candidates should have at least 1 year of sales experience or be fresh graduates eager to learn. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus. Qualifications & experience
At least 1 year experience in Sales and administrative tasks
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Possess good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Able to work independently, must posses good initiative, keen to learn.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Tasks & responsibilities
Manage sales client’s account, including contract processing, tracking, and follow up.
Handling documentation submission and liaise with related government.
Maintain up-to‑date sales related documentation, such as service, repairing, price lists, spare‑parts purchase request forms, and contracts.
Provide support to the sales team, including assistance with sales presentations and proposals.
Perform ad hoc work related to sales support, such as coordinating promotional activities and organizing sales events.
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
Maintain proper filing of all documentation.
Support the sales team with any additional administrative tasks as requirement.
To attend any administrative tasks as assigned by Head of Department.
