Job summary
A leading retail chain in Ampang Jaya is looking for a site acquisition specialist to drive business growth by identifying new outlet locations. Responsibilities include conducting market surveys and negotiating tenancy terms. Candidates should have good communication skills in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin. A diploma or degree is preferred, and real estate experience is a plus. Must be willing to travel extensively within Peninsular Malaysia.
Qualifications
- Preferably candidate with real estate experience, however we will consider those without experience.
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa and Mandarin.
- Possess own transport.
- Able to write simple reports in English.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within Peninsular Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Identify, locate or propose potential sites for a new outlet.
- Conduct market mapping and survey on the potential sites.
- Research the Tenant Mix.
- Prepare and facilitate documentation pertaining to securing sites.
- Coordinate potential site visits with project team.

- Work closely with Operation, Construction, Legal to ensure sites secured are fit to Company requirement.
- Attend outlets opening.
- SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/ Degree.
- Preferably candidate with real estate experience, however we will consider those without experience.
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa and Mandarin.
