Job summary

A leading property development firm in Putrajaya is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales targets and engage with customers. You will conduct market analysis, assist in sales processes, and liaise with government agencies for approvals. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and three years of sales experience in the industry. The role requires strong communication skills and teamwork. This position involves working six days a week, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of sales experience within the property development industry.
• Experience in marketing residential and commercial developments is advantageous.
• Good command of English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets aligned with strategies.
• Attend customer inquiries related to pre and post sales.
• Conduct market studies of competitors.
• Prepare sales related documents.
• Assist during sales launches and attend trade shows.
• Liaise with government agencies for approvals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and ensure that sales activities are aligned with strategies.
• Attend to customers' enquiries and assist them in relation to any pre and post sales matters.
• Conduct and prepare market study of competitors.
• Prepare all sales related documents for the sales process.
• Assist during sales launch and also attend trade shows.
• Liaise with relevant government agencies for submission & approval
• Assist to renew Advertisement Permit and Developer License & submit Napic report on quarterly basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry (Property Development industry)
• Experience in marketing residential developments and/or major commercial developments will be an added advantage
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills, good command of English preferred
• Self-motivated, creative and able to work in a team
• Good selling skills & technics
• Work location: IOI Sales Gallery at Putrajaya (IRC)/16 Sierra/Sepang/Banting (in Banting, handles industrial park)
• Willing to work 6days including of weekends and public holidays
