Job summary
A leading global maritime group is looking for a Procurement Officer (P2P) - Query Support in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves ensuring timely reconciliation of vendor accounts, responding to queries, and managing invoice-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a background in commerce or business, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This position offers the opportunity to develop in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting and/or Finance.
- Good command of English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure reconciliation of vendors' Statement of Accounts is regular and prompt.
- Respond to queries from internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure outstanding payment queries are handled on time.
