Channel Sales Manager ( Security / Network IT solutions)
Channel Sales / Account Manager is tasked to build strong relationship with channel clients and identify business opportunities for company’s range of products/solutions. Each Account Manager is accountable for the assigned sales target and business objectives allocated.
Partner Relationship & Account Ownership
- Build, manage and maintain excellent working relationships with key decision-makers of channel clients (owners, sales leads, presales, procurement).
- Act as the point of contact for assigned accounts’ enquiries: product info, pricing, stock availability, deal registration, program support
- Responsible for strategic account planning with key channel partners
Pipeline & Opportunity Management
- Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities with assigned accounts.
- Develop and provide up-to-date sales forecast and pipeline for all product portfolio on weekly basis
- Manage the full quote-to-PO cycle: pricing requests, special bids, deal registration, BOM validation, and deals follow-up.
- Generate and submit weekly activity report and future planning for assigned accounts
Revenue Delivery
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target
- Drive sell-in/sell-through motions with resellers: target accounts, vertical plays, bundles, and attach opportunities.
Cross Functional Execution
- Work closely together as a team with finance, product and technical department to drive project closure
- Able to present company solutions to channel clients and identify products that can address clients’ pain-points.
- Provide market/competitor feedback to management and vendor principals; recommend actions to win share
- Manage basic commercial hygiene: credit terms adherence, ageing/collections follow-up (with finance), RMA/escalations
