We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Lecturer to join the Faculty of Safety and Health at the University of Cyberjaya. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching, supervising students, contributing to research, and engaging with industry to ensure the relevance of the curriculum. This is a full‑time academic position requiring strong subject expertise, a passion for teaching, and a solid research background.

Job Description

1. Academic Program Coordination

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the OSH degree program curriculum.
  • Schedule courses, coordinate classroom assignments, and manage academic calendars.
  • Support faculty with instructional materials, syllabi preparation, and course logistics.
  • Monitor program compliance with accreditation standards (e.g., JKKP, IOSH, MQA or institutional requirements).

2. Student Support & Advising

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current OSH students.
  • Advise students on degree requirements, course selection, and career pathways.
  • Facilitate student orientations, workshops, and program‑related events.
  • Track student progress, graduation eligibility, and certification readiness.

3. Administrative & Operational Duties

  • Maintain program records, databases, and reports for assessment and accreditation.
  • Process student registrations, withdrawals, and program applications.
  • Assist with budget tracking, procurement, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with industry partners for internships, job placements, and advisory boards.
  • Promote the OSH program through marketing materials, website updates, and social media.
  • Organize seminars, guest lectures, and networking events with industry professionals.
  • Liaise with employers, alumni, and professional organizations.

5. Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure adherence to institutional policies and occupational safety regulations.
  • Collect and analyze student feedback and program outcomes for improvement.
  • Assist in preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:
