Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive (Interior Fit-out) to join our interior fit-out team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall project timelines and ensure works are delivered according to schedule.
• Work closely with subcontractors to ensure all project requirements and standards are met.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations.
• Develop and present design concepts, proposals, and solutions to clients.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layout plans, and 3D visualizations for project presentation and execution.
• Oversee the procurement of materials, finishes, and furnishings to support project delivery.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, or related field.
• At least 1-2 year experiences in interior fit-out projects is an added advantage (Residential and Commercial).
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / SketchUp / related design software is preferred.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
