A leading organization in the Pharmaceutical Industry is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves driving HR transformation and aligning strategies with business objectives. Candidates should possess 3-5 years of HRBP experience, a degree in a relevant field, and have knowledge of Malaysian employment law. This position offers a collaborative work environment and significant impact on organizational culture and people strategy.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of HRBP experience in service-oriented industries.
- Proven track record in strategic HR leadership within complex organizations.
- Knowledge of talent management, employee relations, and Malaysian employment law.
Responsabilités
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies.
- Lead HR functions including recruitment and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.
