SALES INCENTIVES - Between RM20K to 80K (Per Annum)
Lucrative and competitive incentive scheme; no cap on incentives, average range of incentive from RM20k - over RM80k per year.

Product Representation: Understand and represent the company's products and services effectively in healthcare settings, similar to roles like Sales Executive, Medical Device Sales Representative, or Territory Sales Manager.
No Emergency On-Calls: There are no on-call duties or last-minute arrangements for emergency cases in hospitals.
Office Attendance: Report to the office once or twice a week.
Relationship Building: Develop and enhance relationships with current and new users, fostering rapport within the medical community.
Adaptability: Quickly adapt to the fast-paced medical devices industry and establish connections with existing customers and stakeholders.
Sales Goals: Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory at consignment sites effectively.
Commitment: There would be a 2-Year Bond upon employment confirmation.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for sales positions in the healthcare sector. Candidates should have a diploma or bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices. Experience in related fields is beneficial, and all degrees are considered.
Proven success in the sales cycle from planning to closing.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Ability to travel, including inter-state travel for some roles.
Independence in managing key accounts with minimal supervision.
