ABOUT THE ROLE

1. Ensure effective and positive publicity on the Company and Brand, its products and stakeholders through consistent share of voice in the media and social media platforms.
2. To work with the Social Media agency to plan engaging and exciting content on official social media platforms to strengthen online presence and contribute to positive brand net sentiment.
3. To review and collaborate with external parties (media, influencers and car clubs) to create favorable brand presence and affiliation.

WHAT YOU'LL DOING

Public Relations

• Implementation of PR plan and strategies for the business, products, and brands.
• To cultivate, build and maintain good relationship with the media.
• Timely dissemination of news and ensuring positive news coverage by the media on various platforms.
• Execution of PR-related initiatives.
• Management of PR fleet to ensure vehicles are well kept and fit for media reviews.

Social Media

• Review monthly content calendar and to ensure ideation, visuals, copy and direction are in line with communications.
• Work with Social Media agency on ad-hoc campaigns as well as manage deadlines and delivery of work.
• Review and manage monthly video/campaign deliverables from the Social Media agency.
• Ideate and plan interesting and relevant social media content.
• Plan collaborations with external parties (influencers/KOLs) to produce content.

Collaborations

• To review and execute collaborations and sponsorship requests and ensure KPIs and deliverables executed.

Others

• Assist in organization of financial documentation on PR/social media initiatives.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Public Relations and Social Media experience, minimum 2-3 years.
• People and performance oriented, team player.
• Personal competency: Performance-oriented, pro-active, good time management.
• Technical competency: Product knowledge, media landscape/network/industry preferred, strong writing skills, strong social media skills (technical and creative).
