• Willing to work shifts in the Data Center.
• Basic IT project management skills.

• Perform server fault repairs and operations.
• Install operating systems on servers.
• Maintain network devices and coordinate power operations.

Job description

• Coordinate actively with team members in meeting all Service Level Agreement required by client.
• Communicate with onsite engineers and company’s management level.
• Be flexible and ready to be activated by any urgent matters.
• Work closely with internal departments.
• Handle and ensure the processing of all arrangements with accuracy and timeliness.
• Basic IT project management, like servers and network equipment installation.
• Inventory management.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Must have driving license and vehicle to work.

• Server fault repair.
• Server startup, shutdown, and reboot operations.
• Operating system installation on servers.
• Server hardware and software configuration changes.
• Rack and un-rack servers and network devices.
• Prep and reuse old servers.
• Shredding of server storage media.
• Data center operation and maintenance inspection.
• Server rack modification and delivery.
• Coordination of server rack power-on/power-off.
• Infrastructure changes, drills, and fault response cooperation.
• Other on-site operation and maintenance assistance tasks.
• Network device maintenance alongside workers.
