Job description

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve server, network, hardware, and software issues.

Maintain and support server environments (Windows/Linux) and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).

Manage and maintain network devices, including switches, firewalls, access points, and VPN solutions.

Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices, including system patching, endpoint protection, and backup strategies.

Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of all critical services.
