Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Johor Bahru. The successful candidate will manage and maintain various equipment, including electrical and HVAC systems. Responsibilities include improving equipment utilization and managing inspections. The role offers a competitive salary range of RM2500 - RM3500. Responsibilities
- Carry out standardized management of electrical, elevator, air-conditioning, fire protection, and water pump equipment.
- Manage and improve equipment data files and daily equipment management.
- Track and enhance domestic equipment management and maintenance practices.
- Plan, monitor, and propose improvement plans for equipment utilization.
- Provide verification of new equipment purchase or updates.
- Participate in equipment inspection, acceptance, and accident investigations.
- Assist in implementing important equipment tasks.
- Manage inspection, measurement, and test equipment.
- Supervise normal and safe equipment use and inspect work on-site.
- Handle daily affairs related to power and water savings.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
