The role involves conducting firmware installations, managing SAP operations, and participating in continuous improvement activities. Ideal candidates will ensure successful operation of testing systems and perform troubleshooting tasks during final inspections.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for device assembly and testing.
• Conduct firmware installation and keycode generation according to customer requests.
• Perform Run-In of device.
• Manage stock posting via SAP.
• Perform first level troubleshooting on the final testing failure.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.

Job description

• Responsible for device assembly and testing
• Responsible for the preparation of testing system
• Conduct firmware installation and keycode generation according customer requests
• Responsible for preventive maintenance for torque driver and equipment
• Perform Run-In of device
• Ensuring the operations of SAP routing
• Manage stock posting via SAP
• Print the calibration certificates and calibration reports (if any)
• Perform optical inspection during assembly activity by following work inspection
• Establish products’ structure
• Ensure testing equipment is established in the equipment database
• Raise quality notification for defective material or device
• Communicate with technical team regarding test program issues
• Perform first level troubleshooting on the final testing failure
• Perform Final Inspection
• Participate in continuous improvement activities
